George is a key part of our Old Town sales team and has been with us for more than 10 years. He started out and continues to do energy performance certificates. He is now the face at the door for all your property valuations and viewings. Out of work George enjoys playing golf and is still hoping for his hole in one.

Michael is a key part to the service Charles Harding prides themselves on. Having worked in estate agency since college he oversees the rental portfolio as letting manager. Splitting his time between the rental and sales, he also undertakes valuations and negotiations between buyers and sellers. Out of the office he is often keeping busy with DIY and his young daughters.

Sales Negotiator - Town Centre

Marie has a strong emphasis on customer service and communication. Her role as a negotiator and progressor is to ensure the after sales care is in order and heading towards a completion. On a daily basis she deals with mortgage advisors, conveyancers, buyers and sellers. Out of her role she is very social with her various friends and participates in open water swimming.

Mark Reynolds

Commercial and Investment - Town Centre

Mark partnered with Jon shortly after the company was founded and quickly expanded to a new branch in Commercial Road where he has been since 1990. In this time Mark has overseen the expansion of the extensive rental portfolio and is a key contact within the commercial and investment sector within the Swindon community. Mark is very active and will be very often seen on his bike heading to a meal or a swift drink within the local bars, pubs and restaurants.

Heidi is part of the furniture. Based in Old Town office she is on hand making sure all sales are progressing and moving forward as well as keeping tabs on the boys and all their appointments, viewings, valuations etc. The Old Town office wouldn’t be the same without the warm welcome of Heidi.

Outside the office, Jen is an avid traveller with a passion for exploring new corners of the globe alongside her husband. Whether it’s soaking up a new culture or finding hidden gems off the beaten track, she’s always ready for her next adventure.

In recent years, Jen has also embraced the role of caring nanny, bringing her signature energy and creativity to keep little ones entertained. Whether she’s solving client queries, jetting off on her travels, or stepping into entertainer mode, Jen’s enthusiasm and dedication shine through in all she does.

Outside of work, Marie’s true passion is seroc dancing, which she shares with her husband — a hobby that keeps her moving, smiling, and part of a vibrant local community.

Christy has been an invaluable member of the team since the opening of the North Swindon office in 2008. When not managing the vast pipeline in our north Swindon office she enjoys taking time away with her two young children often to various destinations around the globe with a long stroll along the beach and shops among her top priorities.

Nicola boasts over 15years in the property industry and became an important member of the growing Charles Harding North Swindon team in 2012. Nicola is a born and bred Swindonian so has excellent knowledge of the town and the amenities around. Her previous experience includes 3 years within property lettings, providing her with valuable knowledge in both residential sales and lettings. Nicola is a 'people person' who’s main roll is accompanying many of the viewings and making sure there is effective, subsequent feedback. She also prides herself on being able to match the right person to the right home. Chloe brings a warm, can-do attitude to everything she does. Whether she's helping someone find their ideal rental home or answering queries with a smile, she makes the process smooth and stress-free. Outside of work, Chloe’s a true socialite. She loves catching up with friends at her local pub and is often spotted out and about with her beloved dog in tow. Her bubbly personality and love for good company shine through in everything she does—on and off the job.

If you've ever made a general rental enquiry with us, chances are you've spoken with Corinna Ling. She's the friendly, capable voice on the other end of the line.   Once the workday ends, Corinna steps into an even busier role: mum to two energetic young girls. Family life keeps her on her toes – school runs, packed lunches, bedtime stories, and everything in between.
